  Vlad Mário returns to Porto Alegre and starts a teaching saga of the Wing Chun system (he introduced the Wing Chun system in Porto Alegre) from 1991 to the present day! He taught classes to hundreds of students in dozens of academies throughout the 80's, 90's into the 2000's and the new century beyond. In 1994, together with other SiFu's of different styles, he helped to found the Gaucho Federation of Kung Fu Wushu, taking the position as secretary of the same and this gave him opportunities to travel and know many places and make friends with many SiFu's and practitioners of various martial arts. and in many times exchanging knowledge with many of these and at this time Vlad Mário starts his practice of Tai Chi Chuan. It was the middle of the 90s and a lot was happening, there were two Brazilian Kung Fu Champions Students in combat and he attended a Taoist Sanctuary called “Ten Tao” presented by ShiFu Jorge Jung to Master Mrs. Cleide (his name in Chinese was kept secret), Vlad Mário followed as a Taoist Priest from 1994 to 1998 in Porto Alegre. Hoppe (who came from Germany to study at the Federal University of RS for a short time) who was from the WT lineage, a variation of Wing Chun by GM Leung Ting from Germany and they exchanged knowledge.

  In 1996 Vlad Mário goes to SP to participate in the First International Wing Chun Seminar with GM Chung Kwok Chow (NY-USA) The "SiFu Chow". Vlad Mário realized during the seminar that GM SiFu Chow demonstrated an understanding above normal being different from everything he had seen about Wing Chun until then. Chun now made sense.   In 1998 he leaves UNK and his first SiFu (Francisco D'urbano) to take care of other sectors of his life and study .

  In 1998 Vlad Mário starts to train weight training and in the 2000s he meets "Miudinho Silveira" Icon and living legend of bodybuilding, weight training and basic lifting, one of the biggest and strongest men in the world! Vlad Mário starts to train with total dedication, receiving from him the secrets of the "worshippers of strength" going from 82 KG to an absurd 134 Kg (period ranging from 1998 to 2010) by intense training Vlad Mário had in his 1.86 cm height, 134 Kg and lifted more than 250 Kg, he did feats of lifting people up with relative ease, SiFu Chow gave him the Chinese name of "Tai Jack Lo" (Big Guy in English which means "Big Guy")._cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_       Vlad Mario was known from a young age to be provoked by fury, for possessing the calm of fury a Tiger and was teased and challenged in his youth making his challengers truly pitiful victims! Sometimes in the past such events have been witnessed in front of their former students.

  The 2000s arrived and despite having continued training, he had been away since 1998 when finally in the summer of 2003 through a phone call to NY-USA SiFu Chow convinced Vlad Mário to return with Wing Chun with everything and telling him of the importance of his mission in relation to the school and lineage he should assume! Vlad Mário moved under the direct guidance of SiFu Chow back to official teaching now under the banner of the IWC (Integrative Wing Chun “IWC”, school founded by GM SiFu Chung Chow). SiFu Chow around 2005 gives the mission to the IWC Instructors to study and get to know the ground-range fight and Vlad Mário starts studying Jiu Jitsu and Wrestling, the latter being his favorite.

  During his time away from teaching Vlad Mário concluded the "Specialization Course in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine" in more than 3 and a half years of study and dedication. Such a feat placed him even more inserted in the world of ancient Chinese culture and thus strengthening the bonds of everything he had studied until then in his life!

  In 2010 a constant pain in his back leads Vlad Mário to a medical diagnosis of “serious irreversible spinal injury” and the doctors said that he might not be able to continue training anything anymore. Vlad Mário had a period of isolation and had to reinvent himself by going back to practicing Chi Kung, Tai Chi Chuan and TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) practices, mainly the ancient technique of absorbing Yin energy from the Moon and Yang from the Sun. . After some time, he returned to training, surprising doctors and physiotherapists to this day when he shows what he practices and shows his spine exams. “A STORY OF OVERCOMING”.

  In 2014 Vlad Mário brings the GM Chow from the USA to Porto Alegre RS for an open Wing Chun Seminar throughout Brazil and GM Chow stayed for days instructing and guiding him and his mission of what he should do from now on, SiFu Chow teaches the "Wing Chun 8-cut knife" last system content reserved for the highest students and gives him the Traditional Si-To (Master-Disciple) photo, SiFu Chow takes the knives with his own hands and puts them in Vlad Mário's hands for the photo in front of two of his students, so Vlad Mário at the moment of the photo feels the dimension of his responsibility and the meaning of more than 30 years of dedication. .. “a tear flows ..” . Now "SiFu Vlad Mario". But only three years later SiFu Chow gives him the definitive certificate as a training (CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR) of a lifetime in Wing Chun!

  In addition to Wing Chun Vlad Mário in 1994 asks his old SiFu (D'urbano) to bring the book "Tao of Jeet Kune Do - Bruce Lee" from the USA and begins a personal study of Jeet Kune Do. In 2004, he talks with Jerry Pottet who was a direct student of Bruce Lee to take classes with him in the future. But in 2013, when trying to contact him by phone, he learned from his wife, Ms. Fran Poteet that SiFu Jerry had passed away that year. Vlad Mário then starts training with SiFu Joaquin Almeria who was a student of Dan Inosanto for more than 20 years at Inosanto Academy (Dan Inosanto was a friend and direct disciple of Bruce Lee). SiFu Joaquin Almeria, in addition to being a direct disciple of Dan Inosanto for over 20 years, met all SiJo Bruce Lee's former students, also taking classes with Yori Nakamura Ron Balicki, Reylson Gracie and many others.

  In 2017 Vlad Mário surprises everyone once again by bringing SiFu joaquin Almeria straight from Spain to Brazil in a historic moment, where he taught an open seminar by Jeet Kune Do and Kali in Porto Alegre RS for participants from all over Brazil and SiFu Vlad Mário is honored in public and obtains his Certification by Almeria Martial Arts Assoc, making his school and lineage official in Brazil. SiFu Almeria is an Expert in several martial arts, not only in Jeet Kune Do and SiFu Vlad Mário is his disciple not only in Jeet Kune Do but also in Kali-Silat, Shooto MMA & Tai Chi Chuan.

  Besides SiFu Joaquin Almeria is also a disciple of GM Jesse Tsao, who currently resides in Marina Del Rey CA-USA and was born in China in Penglai. Master Jesse Tsao is a PHD in Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) being a direct disciple of GM Chen Zenglei of the Chen school and disciple of the famous Master and coach of China GM Li Deyin who among the styles is the Yang, Chen, Sun and Sun Luntang school. .

  SiFu Vlad Mário as a disciple also of Tai Chi Chuan of SiFu Almeria obtains certification directly from GM Tsao by Taichi Heathways USA, starting to obtain guidance from both SiFu Almeira and GM Tsao.

  SiFu Chow besides Wing Chun also trained in Hong Kong when he was young, other martial arts like Karate Goju Ryu with the famous actor/fighter and Master Carter Wong (well known in the West for his role in the film with the title in Portuguese: “Os Aventureiros do Bairro Forbidden” as a character “Thunder”). SiFu Chow graduated with him as a 1 Dan black belt in Goju-Ryu Karate during the mid 60's and 70's. GM SiFu Chow was no longer aware of his whereabouts since he left Hong Kong when he moved to the United States in 1972 .

  So SiFu Vlad Mário observed the greatness of Gão Mestre Carter Wong not only as an actor, but also as an Instructor of special forces, police and army around the world and in 2008 he began a relentless search for his whereabouts. However, besides GM Carter Wong being a “Superstar” he is not a public figure and Vlad Mario tried to find his whereabouts in every way in any information or any photo, but without success. It took years of research and international contacts, but it was not possible! Carter Wong was somewhere in Asia, away from the spotlight and the public.

  Vlad Mário didn't know what fate had in store for him when he learned that GM Carter Wong would be in Brazil. Until Vlad Mário was introduced to him by GM Li Wing Kay from Brazil (who has been friends with GM Carter Wong since old Hong Kong). Vlad Mário when approaching GM Carter Wong gave him the old black and white photo of him with SiFu Chow in 1968. GM Carter Wong made an analysis and examined the knowledge of SiFu Vlad Mário giving him guidelines to be followed including recognizing him as his " Neto-Kung Fu” called Vlad Mário in front of many fighters and Teachers and gave him the Si-To photo (Master disciple photo) and for the result of his efforts. Vlad Mario is the only one to own the “Si-To” photo with GM Carter Wong worldwide! It's 2016 and GM Carter Wong Certifies and graduates SiFu Vlad Mario in Muay Thai black degree by his lineage.  During this time GM Carter Wong tells Vlad Mário the “Three forms of training” and the principle of “Training a thousand times”, Vlad Mário after a while training just one punch in these methods acquires the “Invisible Punch” which consists of throwing a punch that the person receiving it cannot prevent from touching his body.

  In 2017 he was given the title of “SENIOR INSTRUCTOR” in his style called Chung Hop Kuen, which he founded (Synthesis method various styles of Kung Fu, Muay Thai, Karate, Tae Kown Do and Hapkido) and together grants him the status of “REPRESENTATIVE MEMBER” of his entity for Brazil, the “World Complete Martial-Arts Federation”.

  In 2018 SiFu Vlad Mário contacted the Federation of Associated Fights for the Icon and Living Legend of Vale Tudo and Luta Livre in Brazil and the world, Grand Master Eugênio Tadeu and through rigorous examination Vlad Mário obtains the title of “AMATEUR/PROFESSIONAL MMA TRAINER FOR ALL THE BRAZILIAN TERRITORY”. (Certified Instructor by the Brazilian Confederation of Associated Wrestling (CBLA/CBLLD).

​

  In October 2019, “Wing Chun Leung Sheung Federation – Hong Kong” is founded in Hong Kong and Leung Sheung was the first disciple of Ip Man in Hong Kong, SiFu Chow and his school like that as all his disciples enter the official “Family Tree” listing of authenticity and Vlad Mario is cited within the listing as a genuine disciple of the Wing Chun Ip Man-Leung Sheung lineage.

  SiFu Chow through SiFu's contact Vlad Mário is reunited in Hong Kong with GM Carter Wong and he appoints GM Chow as Chief member of the Wolrd CMA Federation for the USA. Now GM SiFu Chow, GM Sigung Carter Wong and SiFu Vlad Mario are part of a big family!
