1984

​

   Alex Reisbegan his training in Chinese martial arts at the age of 12, training under the tutelage ofProf. André Luis Ferreirathe style ofKung Fu Dragon, from Lee Yuen Kan School inFrance/SP, having also started his training inTai Chi Chuanin this period.

 

1987 to 2005

​

• At the age of 16, he began his training in theWing Chun, and received accreditation by theNational Kung Fu Union in Jundiaí/SP, training since then under the tutelage of theSifu Francisco José D'Urbano;

​

• With Sifu D'Urbano he went through 3 different lineages of Wing Chun:Wing Chun Tao Chuan (Master Marco Natali), Wing Chun Kuen Integrative (Master Chung Kwok Chow-New York USA), Wing Tsun WT (Masters Hans Hemmel and Andreas Geller - Germany);

• He introduced the Wing Chun style in the city and region of Franca/SP;

​

• He opened his academy in the same city, also teaching in several other locations such as schools and social projects;

​

• Completed the arbitration course inKuoShufor theFPKFFederal Pta. of Kung Fu;

​

• Traveled toNew Yorktogether withSifu D'Urbanoto represent Brazil in theGM Chow's 1998 "International Wing Chun Seminar";

​

• Participated in several coursesKung Fu PhilosophyasMaster Marco Nataliwith which he began his studies and practices ofBuddhism and Taoism;

​

• promoted the“First Kung Fu Encounter” in Franca/SPat Senai taking the UNK team to courses, demonstrations and lectures;

​

• Taught courses for children and adolescents in special groups;

​

• During this period he also practicedTae Kwon Do, Jiu Jitsu, Capoeira Angola, Escrima, Lei Tai Sanshou (Chinese Sanda-Boxing), Seven Star Mantis Kung Fu, always looking to respect, know, research other arts to enrich their knowledge;

​

• Participated as a student in intensive courses inChin-Na, Self Defense and Nunchakuwith Sifu D'Urbano;

​

• He wrote articles on Martial Arts in newspapers in Franca/SP, and was interviewed by local television channels;

​

• Taught lectures and courses on Taichi Chuan at Cefan for elementary school teachers in Franca/SP;

​

• He taught Chinese martial arts in Franca/SP until he becamemove in 2005 to São Paulo/SP, but even so, he continued to teach periodically in France.

 

2006 to 2009

​

• Trained Taichi Chuan under the tutelage ofProf. Eduardo ScucugliainSao Caetano do Sul/SPgraduating as a teacher in2008 in São Paulo/SP;Master Chow Lau Hanunder the tutelage ofChen-style Taichi Chuan, Yang Wushu and Southern Shaolin Kung Fu·Trained and participated in several spiritual retreats and initiations;Nun Ani Sherab Wangmowith theTibetan Buddhist Meditation He started his studies;

• He began his studies and practices of Tibetan Buddhism with theVenerable Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche;

​

• Completed the courseteacher training levels 1 and 2 of Taichi Chuan and Chi Kung (Qi Gong) Yang Wushufor theBrazilian Kung Fu Wu Shu Confederation(CBKW federal registration body) and São Paulo Kung Fu Federation (FPKF) under the tutelage of theProf. Paulo Hiroshi Sakanakaat UNICAMP in Campinas/SP as a postgraduate, thus receiving official authorization to teach throughout the national territory;

• He taught Taichi Chuan at Bosque do Povo in São Caetano do Sul;

​

• He taught Taichi Chuan and Chi Kung at the National Kung Fu Union in Jundiaí;

​

• He taught Taichi Chuan/Chi Kung and developed volunteer work at the Polo da Terceira Idade in São Paulo;

​

• Participated in demonstrations of Taichi Chuan in events promoted by “Teia Cultural” in the city of São Paulo;

​

• Taught Taichi Chuan and Chi Kung in homes in the city of São Paulo and greater ABC for private students and closed groups;

​

• He wasTwo-time Paulista Champion and Brazilian Champion in 2007by Taichi Chuan by the São Paulo Federation of Kung Fu Kuo shu;

​

• He wasTaichi Chuan's 2007 International Championby the National Kung Fu League;

​

• Taichi Chuan Championin the selective paulista regionCampinas in 2008by the Paulista Federation of Kung Fu Wu Shu;

​

• Taichi Chuan Championin the selective paulista regionCampinas in 2009, andvice-champion in the Paulista Championship in the city of Araras/SPby the FPKF;

​

• participated inYang Style International Seminartraditional with theMaster Yang Jun(6th style generation).

​

2010 to 2015

​

• In2010was hired byCIRQUE DU SOLEILand toured internationally as an artist on 5 continents, 19 different countries, in 101 cities across North America betweenUSA and Canada, and also inPuerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Africa, United Arab Emirates, Greece, Italy, Portugal, France, Venezuela, Guatemala, Panama, Spain, Lebanon and Qatar;

​

• Taught Taichi Chuan, Chi Kung (Qi Gong) and Kung Fu to CIRQUE DU SOLEIL artists, technicians and operational staff until December2013.

​

• In2014returns to Brazil and develops educational projects related to music and Tai Chi Chuan/Chi Kung/Wing Chun in the capital and countryside of the state of São Paulo;

​

• In December 2014, he was invited again to teach Taichi Chuan and Chi Kung at theold age poloCambuci in São Paulo/SP, this time subsidized bySecretary of Culture of São Paulo/SP;

​

• In2015participate in the course ofChi Kung Health - Yi Jin Jingpromoted byCHCA Chinese Health Qi Gong Associationin partnership with CBKW, under the tutelage of theMasters Xu Wu and Zhuang Yong Chang;

​

• in November2015he also completed the course on recycling, improvement and updating of Taichi Chuan by CBKW (Brazilian Confederation of Kung Fu Wushu).

 

2016 to 2017

​

• in May2016participate in the2nd International Seminar for Instructors of Chi Kung (Qi Gong)of South America promoted by theCHCA Chinese Health Qi Gong Associationin partnership with CBKW, learning the routine ofTaiji Yang Shengzhangwith its creator,Master Wang Yulin;

 

• in July2016starts his Taichi Chuan style trainingChenasProf. Gil Rodriguesat the Center for Oriental CultureShaosheng(ChenJiagou Taijiquan Xuexiao Brazil) in São Paulo/SP;

 

• in November2016receives the Professional Certificate of Training incoachingfor theUNICEFA- Free University of Sciences, Philosophy and Arts of Brazil;

​

• in January2017after more than 30 years of experience in the area, it develops and organizes its own education system in which it entitles"CHI KUNG - TAICHI CHUAN INTEGRATED";

 

• in april2017participate in the 2nd. Chen-style TaiChi Chuan International Seminar withMaster Chen Ziqiang, 20th. original generation of the system, promoted by the Shaosheng Oriental Culture Center in São Paulo/SP;

​

• in November2017travels toMontreal/Canadareturning as hired by 2a. instead ofCIRQUE DU SOLEILto participate as an artist on his second world tour with the company.

 

2018 to date

 

• Acts as an artist in the showCUT THEofCirque du Soleilon tour throughUSA, Canada, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, France, Germany, Belgiumand continues guiding and teaching Chi Kung - Integrated Taichi Chuan and Wing Chun;

• Complete 1st. and 2nd. levels ofZhineng QigongwithMaster Oscar SilvaofMexico;

• Start your trainingWing Flow SystemwithMaster Mark StasgivesBelgium;

• He also works professionally as a Coach, Artist and Musician;
