Sifu Ebert, Clécio H. Born in RS, in the year of the Tiger (62). Currently resides small
city Entre Ijuís, RS, northwest region of the state, 450 km from the capital Porto Alegre, RS.
He began his martial arts practices at the age of 19, in taekwondo, in Santa Maria,
RS (1981), when he went to do his mandatory military service in the Air Force.

  At the age of 22 (1984) he began his knowledge and studies in Kung Fu, 4 areas,
through membership in the Kung Fu Fraternity, Marcos Natali, Campos do Jordão, SP.

  In 1987, he founded the Tiger-AKFT Kung Fu Association School to spread the
Kung Fu teachings, in the city of Santo Ângelo, RS.

  In the same year, 1987, he began the studies and practices of Chinese therapeutic gymnastics Lian
Gong, through membership in the Brazilian Association of Lian Gong, Professor Maria Lúcia
Lee.

  From 1988 to 1989, he studied special police self defense, with Kyokushin Karate, in Porto
Cheerful RS.

  From 1988 to 1990, he studied North Shaolin Kung Fu, Professor Jorge Jung, Porto Alegre, RS.

  In 1989, he started the studies and practices of Tai Chi Chuan Yang simplified 24 movements,
in Porto Alegre, RS.

  In the 1990s, 92s, 94s and 95s, he attended the Kung Fu Wing Chun Instructor Course at União
National Kung Fu-UNK, Jundiaí, SP.

  In 1991, he studied Judo self-defense at the School of Training and Improvement of
Military Police Sergeants, Santa Maria, RS.

  In 1996, he participated at UNK, in the 1st International Seminar on Kung Fu Wing Chun Instructors
Integrative, taught by Sifu Chung K. Chow, from New York, in the city of Jundiaí, SP.

  In 1997, he participated at UNK, in the 2nd International Seminar on Kung Fu Wing Chun Instructors
Integrative, taught by Sifu Chung K. Chow, from New York, in the city of Jundiaí, SP.

  In 1998, he participated in the Special International Wing Chun Integrative Seminar-IWC,
held in New York, for Instructors from different countries, given by Sifu Chung
K. Chow.

  In 2008, he graduated in Physical Education, baccalaureate and full licentiate, by the
UNISC/SCS, in Santa Cruz do Sul, RS.

  In 2007 and 2008, He studied Iron Shirt Mantak Chia Qi Gong, I and II Level, by the Instructor
authorized Rodrigo Silveira, from Novo Hamburgo, RS.

  In 2009, participation in the Yang Family Traditional Tai Chi Chuan International Seminar,
taught by Mestre Yang Jun, in Ribeirão Preto, SP.

  In 2010, he studied traditional Namikoshi Shiatsu, in Ribeirão Preto, SP.

  In 2014 and 2015, he attended postgraduate and specialization courses in Acupuncture and Electroacupuncture,
Traditional Chinese Medicine, at Abaco, Porto Alegre, RS.

  In 2017, he participated in the Wing Chun-IWC Kung Fu Seminar, taught by Sifu Chung
K. Chow, in the city of Guarulhos, SP.

  In 2019 (October), he joined the Leung Sheung Lineage Wing Chun International Fellow
Confederation, as a member and disciple of the IWC's Sifu Chung K. Chow,
Lineage Members, at the creation of the institution, in commemoration of the 100th anniversary
(1919-2019) birth of Grand Master Leung Sheung, book 1st ed. 2019
